Easter time is a wonderful opportunity to get creative and have fun together. With our "Bunny eggs" crafting set, you can not only create cute pendants for Easter decorations, but also spend quality time with children. Crafting encourages creativity and makes for unforgettable shared experiences.

To create the bunny tags, you will need the following materials in addition to those already included in the set

Hot glue gun
handicraft glue
Needle
Scissors
Sublimate pen (ideally) or a fineliners
Side cutter (alternatively, scissors can be used)
Thin stick (e.g. bamboo skewer)

Step-by-step instructions

Fix the wool: Start by fixing the beginning of the wool thread in the middle of the wooden egg with a small drop of hot glue.

Shape the egg: Spread handicraft glue over the egg up to the area you want to decorate with wool. Wrap the wool evenly around the egg and cut it off at the end. Fix the end again with some glue.

Cut out the ears: While the wool is drying, cut out the templates for the bunny ears. transfer both ear templates twice onto the felt. using a sublimate pen. The ink will disappear by itself after a while, giving you clean felt edges. If you don't have a sublimation pen, you can also use a fineliners .

Glue the ears together: Cut out all four ears and glue the smaller inner bunny ear in the middle of the larger ear using the hot glue gun.

Prepare the wire: Cut three pieces of wire about ten centimeters long for the whiskers. Thread a piece of wire through the eye of a needle and bend the end about one centimeter so that it does not slip out.

Connect the pompom: Pull the wire through the center of the pompoms. Repeat this step with the other two pieces of wire.

Form spirals: Take the bamboo skewer or another thin stick and wrap the ends of the wire around it one after the other so that they form a small spiral shape.

Assemble the parts: Glue the pompom nose, eyes and ears to the wooden egg using hot glue.

Attach the hanging ribbon: If the bunny is to be hung up, cut a ribbon of any length and attach it between the ears. Use the wool included in the set or a ribbon of your choice.

Add a stumpy tail: Optionally, you can glue a small pompom to the back or alternatively attach two pompoms to the front so that the bunny is shown sitting down.

Now your cute bunny pendants are finished and ready to brighten up the Easter season.
